Signing in to Betnjet
Your Betnjet account lives on the operator's own platform, and signing in takes you there directly. You need your registered email address and the password you set during registration. The login control sits at the top right of the operator's homepage on desktop; on mobile it appears in the menu. This portal publishes independent information about the brand – we don't operate accounts, process sign-ins or hold any player credentials ourselves.
Why a login attempt fails
The handful of things that go wrong are nearly always straightforward. A mistyped password is the most common cause – check for caps lock, extra spaces and whether the email address matches the one you registered with. If the account has not been verified, the operator may block access until you upload the requested identity documents. Browser session problems occasionally prevent sign-in; clearing cookies or switching to a private window often solves it.
Regional restrictions can block access if you are connecting from a country the operator does not serve. Betnjet does not accept players from the United States, Israel, British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Afghanistan, Barbados, Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Panama, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Lithuania, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Georgia, Poland or Malta. The operator strictly prohibits VPN use, so masking your location will not work and may get the account closed.
A self-exclusion is not a technical fault. If you set a cooling-off period or requested account closure through a responsible gambling tool, the block is deliberate and cannot be lifted early. That is the control working as it should. Free, confidential support is available through BeGambleAware, GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, 24/7), and GamStop for national self-exclusion across licensed UK sites.
What you need to hand
The sign-in screen asks for two things: the email address registered to the account, and your password. No other fields appear unless the operator has enabled two-factor authentication for your account. Keep the credentials private – sharing login details with anyone else breaches the operator's terms and puts your balance at risk.
Resetting a forgotten password
The operator's login page carries a password-recovery link, usually labelled "Forgot password" or similar. Enter the email address registered to your account; the operator sends a reset link to that inbox. Never send your password to anyone claiming to help – not to this portal, not in an email, not to a third party offering account recovery. Legitimate password resets go through the operator's own system and arrive in your registered email inbox only.
If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Some providers filter automated messages aggressively. If nothing appears, contact the operator's support team through the Live Chat channel published on the platform – they can verify the account and resend the link.
Account restrictions and verification holds
Betnjet enforces identity verification and may request documents before processing a withdrawal or at any point during account use. If verification is incomplete, the operator may restrict access to certain functions until the check is finished. Players must provide identification, proof of residence or financial statements upon request. The operator also applies strict fraud-prevention measures, and an account flagged during a security review may be temporarily locked while the case is examined.
Accounts inactive for 90 days are classified as dormant, and the operator reserves the right to close them and retain any remaining balance. If you have not signed in for an extended period and find the account inaccessible, that policy may be the reason.
Reaching the operator's support team
This portal cannot unlock accounts, reset passwords or access player balances – those functions belong to the operator. Betnjet offers support through Live Chat. The team can confirm why access was refused, resend verification requests and guide you through password recovery. Response times are not published, but live chat channels typically reply faster than email.
For questions about the content on this site – not your account – write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
Registering a new account
If you don't yet have an account, registration takes place on the operator's own platform. You must be aged 18 or over (18+) to sign up. The operator asks for an email address, a password and basic personal details during the process. Betnjet does not accept players from the restricted countries listed above, and attempting to register from a prohibited jurisdiction will be declined.
Responsible gambling and account controls
Gambling should be entertainment, not an obligation. If signing in starts to feel compulsive, or if you find yourself chasing losses, those are warning signs worth taking seriously. Betnjet's own responsible gambling tools let you set limits on deposits, losses and session time. GamStop offers free national self-exclusion across all UK-licensed operators if you need a longer break.
Blocking software such as Gamban and BetBlocker (free, multi-platform) can prevent access to gambling sites from your device. If you share a device with someone under 18, parental-control tools like Net Nanny or Qustodio help protect minors from age-restricted content. For residential or online treatment, Gordon Moody provides specialist support.
